Packing process
Our products are packed at modern, automated and robotised filling and packing lines. We have three fully automatic high-performance packing lines and three partially automated lines. The personnel make every effort to ensure that our products are packed in aesthetic, durable and correctly labelled packaging.
The products leaving our factory are secured with a security seal. All of our production operations are monitored by a dedicated production management system (PMS) program.
Blending plant
Oils are made at a modern and computerised blending plant with 7 mixers with a heating, dosing and filtration system.
The dosing of raw materials to production and the transfer of finished products from the blending plant takes place via the PIGING system. The PIGING system is based on pistons located inside a pipeline and driven by compressed air.
This guarantees reproducible and clean production because the pipelines are emptied and cleaned inside after each operation. It also ensures that we dose the precise amounts of the raw materials and prevents the mixing of different products. The entire blending process is monitored by qualified personnel.
Warehouse
We have several warehouses with a total capacity of 4500 pallet places. The individual warehouse sections use various warehouse support systems, such as the drive-in rack system, radio shuttle system and moving rack system. All these systems are associated with a warehouse management system (WMS), which ensures that the products are correctly stored, and their locations are fully identifiable.
Warehouse operations take place using reliable reach trucks of STILL, HYSTER and JUNGHEINRICH. All of our machinery is based on electromobility, which supports environmental protection.
We specialise in the loading of marine containers, which requires special solutions and precision during the distribution of the goods in the container.
